GTM Engineering Studio

GTM AI engineering,
built and operated for you

We design, build, and run AI-powered GTM workflows for B2B revenue teams

From prospecting and outreach to forecasting, deal hygiene, and sales enablement, Curvo brings the engineers, operators, and agents needed to make your GTM stack work as one system.

The operating system behind modern GTM teams

Built where sales, AI, and operations meet

Most teams get one part of the answer: sales experience, automation skills, or AI tooling. Curvo brings all three together, then runs the system until it works inside your team.

Built by closers, engineered by operators.

Every senior on the team has carried quota or built revenue teams. We understand the messy reality of pipeline, handoffs, CRM hygiene, follow-ups, forecast calls, and missed next steps.

So we don’t build theoretical automations. We build workflows that help reps, managers, and operators move deals forward every week.

1

AI-native, not AI-bolted-on.

We design GTM systems with agents, workflows, data, and human review built in from day one.

That means AI is not a chatbot sitting on top of your process. It becomes part of the operating layer across research, outreach, call prep, deal review, enablement, and forecasting.

2

You own the engine. We run it for now.

We don’t disappear after shipping a workflow. We operate it with your team, tune it against real data, and improve it until it becomes part of the way your GTM org works.

Then we hand over the engine, playbooks, prompts, workflows, and operating rhythm.

3

The market is full of half-answers.

Three camps own the conversation today, and each leaves a different gap. The fourth cell is what we built.

AI SDR tools

Software that automates fragments of outbound: list building, sequencing, personalization, and follow-ups.

$50–500/mo

Tools without an operator behind them.

The gap: who decides what good outbound looks like, tunes the system, and keeps it working every Tuesday?

Examples: Clay, Apollo AI, 11x, Artisan

RevOps consultancies

Process audits, CRM rebuilds, dashboards, reporting, attribution, and sales tooling cleanup.

£25K+

Strong on infrastructure, light on selling.

The gap: clean systems do not automatically create pipeline, improve follow-up, or help reps close.

Examples: Go Nimbly, RevPartners, Winning by Design

Sales coaches & GTM advisors

Playbooks, workshops, messaging, manager coaching, and operating advice for revenue teams.

£5–20K/mo

Strong on advice, light on execution.

The gap: nothing changes unless someone builds the workflows, instruments the process, and runs the operating cadence.

Examples: Pavilion, Winning by Design coaches, GTM advisors

Curvo GTM Studio

A GTM AI engineering practice run by closers, operators, and AI engineers.

From £10K

Most solutions solve one part of GTM: tools, advice, or operations. Curvo brings the full motion together: strategy, AI infrastructure, and the hands to run it.

Five services. One engine.

Each pillar stands on its own. Most engagements braid two or three together — Foundations first, then whichever combination earns its place against your number.

1. TAM mapping & ICP scoring

Define who you should sell to, who you should ignore, and why. We map your market, score your ICP, and turn account selection into a repeatable operating system.

Deliverables

  • TAM model with addressable, serviceable, and obtainable layers
  • Scored ICP framework with 8–12 weighted attributes
  • Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 account list, ranked
  • Disqualification criteria — explicit, not implicit
  • Refresh cadence and ownership in your CRM

2. Signal-Based Outbound & ABM

Stop spraying. Build outbound that triggers on real buying signals: hiring, funding, product change, behaviour, tech stack, and market events, not generic cadences.

Deliverables

  • Signal taxonomy mapped to ICP and persona
  • Hypothesis library — what each signal means and what to send
  • Outbound infrastructure in Clay / Apollo / Outreach
  • Multi-channel sequences: email, LinkedIn, gifting, ads
  • Reply-handling playbooks and disqualification flow
  • Reporting dashboard wired to your CRM

3. Sales Workflow Automation

Automate the work that slows reps down: Slack triage, meeting follow-ups, deal hygiene, CRM updates, proposal support, and handoffs. Every workflow is instrumented, owned, and measured.

Deliverables

  • Audit of every manual step in your current motion
  • Slack-first triage and routing for inbound and intent
  • Automated deal hygiene — required fields, stage gates, MEDDPICC checks
  • Follow-up automation tied to call recordings
  • Internal AI assistants for proposals, summaries, and CRM updates

4. RevOps Infrastructure

Build the GTM foundation your team can trust: clean CRM data, clear pipeline stages, reliable forecasting, attribution, and reporting that leaders actually use.

Deliverables

  • CRM rebuild or hardening — Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Pipeline stages, exit criteria, and forecast methodology
  • Lead-to-revenue attribution tied to your warehouse
  • Tool consolidation and licence rationalisation
  • Reporting layer in Looker, Metabase, or native

5. Sales Enablement & Playbook Codification

Turn your best rep’s instincts into a system the rest of the team can run. We codify the playbook, wire it into calls and workflows, and keep it improving from real customer conversations.

Deliverables

  • Discovery framework, MEDDPICC-aligned
  • Persona-specific narrative and value props
  • Objection-handling library, sourced from real call recordings
  • Onboarding curriculum — week 1 to ramped
  • Talk tracks, demo scripts, and pricing conversation guides
  • Live-call coaching framework wired to your recorder
  • Battle cards for top 5 competitors
  • Quarterly playbook review and refresh cadence

Start with one practice area or scope a multi-pillar engagement. Build the engine over time.

Every project starts with a foundations workshop and ends with workflows, playbooks, and infrastructure your team owns.

Minimum engagement — £10K

Four stages. One engine, shipped.

Most engagements run twelve weeks end to end. We map the foundations, build
inside your stack, and start operating as soon as the first workflow goes live.

Week 1

Foundations

A two-day intensive with your leadership team. We map the current GTM motion, agree the engine we’re building, define success metrics, and lock scope before a line of automation is written.

Week 2-4

Infrastructure build

We build inside your existing stack: CRM, Slack, warehouse, enrichment tools, sequencer, and reporting layer. Every workflow is documented as it ships, so handover starts on day one.

Week 3-12

Operate

We run the engine alongside your team: outbound, deal hygiene, signal triage, follow-ups, and reporting. Your reps see the work happening, learn the patterns, and start taking over.

Continuous

Reporting & review

You get weekly written updates, monthly deep-dive reviews, and quarterly retros. We track the same dashboards you do: workflows shipped, pipeline created, time saved, data quality, and adoption.

Operators we lean on.

Six advisors who’ve sold, scaled, and broken every part of the motion we build for you. They sit on call reviews, scope conversations, and the hard ones.
